About this course
For learners who understand more than they dare to say. Every session is built around a topic, a handful of useful phrases and a lot of speaking time, with corrections collected at the end instead of interrupting you.

Course content
Weeks 1–2
Warming up
Small talk, fillers and polite ways to buy yourself thinking time.
Weeks 3–5
Stories and opinions
Past tenses in speech, telling anecdotes, agreeing and disagreeing kindly.
Weeks 6–8
Real situations
Phone calls, apartments, doctors, complaints and small negotiations.
Weeks 9–10
Free debate
Student-chosen topics, spontaneous role play and a recorded before-and-after.
